Generate per-scene visual descriptions and optional narration-aware interpretations from ordered scene images and optional full-story narration context.

Use this endpoint to prepare scene-level text input for timeline and postproduction workflows. Responses may also include best-effort anchorText and startCueText hints when narration context supports them.
